These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ghydion website and your reservation or purchase of our products. By using the site or placing a reservation or order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Founder reservations and pre-orders
Ghydion is a product in active development. Reservations and pre-orders let you secure founder pricing and a place in line before our next production run. Because the product is still being finalized:
- Product images and renderings shown on the site are for illustration only and may differ from the final product.
- Features, materials, sleeve colors, pods, and accessories may change as design and manufacturing progress.
- Any shipping windows we share are estimates, not guarantees, and may shift as production firms up.
Pricing and payment
- Prices are listed in US dollars. Founder pricing reflects a discount off the planned retail price and is available for a limited time.
- When live payment is enabled, payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details.
- We may correct any errors in pricing or product information, and we may cancel an order affected by an obvious error, with a full refund.

Shipping
Shipping is free. We ship once the product is production-ready, and we will email you shipping windows and tracking as they become available. See our Refund & Shipping page for more.
Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when reserving or ordering.
Intellectual property
The Ghydion name, logo, product designs, text, graphics, renderings, and other content on the site are owned by Ghydion or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghydion will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Ghydion is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
